Spring Agric joined the FinRISE Business Associations Workshop in Nairobi, bringing together business associations, fintechs, MFIs, and SACCOs to advance MSME access to finance for women and youth in agriculture.
On 19th May 2026, we were proud to participate in the FinRISE Business Associations Workshop in Nairobi, bringing together business associations, fintechs, MFIs, and SACCOs under one roof.
FinRISE is a program by the Mastercard Foundation and African Guarantee Fund. Its goal is to increase access to finance for MSMEs (micro, small and medium enterprises) in Africa, particularly those led by women and youth, and those in agriculture.
The day's theme, Strengthening Market Linkages to Enhance MSME Access to Finance, could not be more aligned with what we do every day. From insightful programme updates by the FinRISE team, to a structured matchmaking session connecting business associations with financial institutions, the workshop was a powerful reminder of what is possible when the right players collaborate.
