Capacity Building
We train women and youth in regenerative agriculture, value addition, and agribusiness development, then incubate them until they are bankable and business-ready.
Storytelling
We showcase and amplify the stories of women and youth leading climate action, shifting narratives through media, thought leadership, and influencer collaborations.
Consultancy
We offer program design, strategy, monitoring & evaluation, and market research tailored to inclusive agriculture, walking alongside agri-founders, not ahead of them.
Capacity building
Practical, gender- and youth-responsive training
Regenerative agriculture
Crop rotation, agroforestry, soil conservation, and water harvesting to enhance soil health, productivity, and environmental sustainability.
Value addition
Processing, packaging, and branding skills that increase the marketability and profitability of agricultural products.
Agribusiness development
Financial literacy, market access, business planning, proposal writing, and marketing to build and scale bankable ventures.
We don't stop at training. We incubate.
After training, we provide hands-on incubation so participants turn skills into viable businesses: one-on-one coaching, product refinement, pricing and record-keeping tools, and support with market linkages and investment readiness. Every participant leaves more bankable and business-ready.
How we deliver
Three flexible models

Direct Delivery
We design and deliver our own training to farmers and agripreneurs using in-house curricula built from ongoing farmer input.

Partner Collaborative Training
We co-deliver context-specific capacity support with mission-aligned partners, using shared or co-developed curricula.

Train-the-Trainer (ToT)
We build institutional capacity by training organizations and trainers to cascade learning to farmers and agripreneurs.

Jackline was growing herbs with no clear path to a business. After our value-addition and agribusiness training, she is now incubated by Spring Agric, building a line of herbal-infused honey products with support on refinement, pricing, and branding.
