Capacity Building
We train women and youth in regenerative agriculture, value addition, and agribusiness development, then incubate them until they are bankable and business-ready.

We showcase and amplify the stories of women and youth leading climate action, shifting narratives through media, thought leadership, and influencer collaborations.
Consultancy
We offer program design, strategy, monitoring & evaluation, and market research tailored to inclusive agriculture, walking alongside agri-founders, not ahead of them.
Why women & youth
Not victims of climate change, but its change agents
Agriculture is Africa's backbone, yet climate change threatens its future. Droughts alone cause 65% of the region's agricultural losses. To build a resilient sector, we must resource the people already driving it.

Women make up 70% of smallholder farmers, and youth under 25 are over 60% of Africa’s population. They are the present and the future of agriculture.

Every training is designed to make farmers bankable. After learning, participants get one-on-one coaching, product refinement, pricing and record-keeping tools, and support with market linkages and investment readiness.
